Thats not the right way to do a covid test. You have to almost dig your bain out. Thats how far you have to put that swab in.

She's actually doing it wrong. My older cousin who is studying med tech showed us how it works and my Aunt (who is a med tech) said the same thing. Its supposed to go almost all the way in and its slightly painful.

When they do it you can literally LITERALLY feel it at the top of your mouth and then you gag I know because I got tested she barely put it up her nose
