If an airline refused to allow a gay person on a plane it wouldn't matter that they are a private company, the government would make them allow that person onboard under threat of prosecution. So it's not true that the government isn't able to make a private company include particular people or prevent them from discriminating in who they offer their service to. Companies are not allowed to discriminate by excluding people on the basis of their race their sex, their sexuality their culture or how they dress... so why should they be allowed to discriminate against someone for not wearing a mask?

We were at a park & these Muslims were picnicing next to us. The men were out there in Speedos playing volleyball & drinking beer.
